Program Structure
🕐 Session 1 (60 minutes)
Program orientation, review of ICF Code of Ethics and credential-level expectations, and identification of individual growth focus areas.
🕐 Sessions 2–5 (90 minutes each)
Focused exploration of specific ICF Core Competencies through coaching demonstrations, facilitated reflection, application to real coaching challenges, and identification of strengths and growth opportunities.
